In December 2007, somebody from Sprint accidentally canceled my service. When I called to find out what was going on, they had already given out my number to another customer. To make a very long, frustrating story short, I fought for a month to get my number back and they couldn't give it to me. They issued me a new phone number and gave me 15% off my monthly bills. That wasn't close to being enough to compensate for my heartache, time, and anger. Not to mention that I own my own business and my number that they had given away was on all my business cards. To add to the mess, nobody seemed willing or able to help me. This just verified their horrible customer service to me. Don't ever expect a call back from someone at Sprint who tells you they will. They are a nightmare.

After many dropped calls with Sprint/Nextel Plans and the failure to provide customer service after many attempts, I am looking forward to the day that I can cancel my contract. I understand why so many people are frustrated with the customer service problems. I have never experienced so many problems with repeated calls to fix the same problems from billing, to website problems, and dropped calls.
